Arlo battery not charging. Asked one of my friend to charge his and it charges fine.

My battery won't charge. On the app is doesn't show as battery charging. However when I ask one of my friend to charge the battery using his alro, it's charges fine. Once the battery is charged I am able to use it with my Arlo.

What can I do to fix this issue? Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

Obv it’s not the battery, so it must be the charger...

On the Pro cameras they require a dual voltage Qualcomm type with output of 5 & 9 v ... a regular USB adapter will not charge them

So is it the original charger.??.....they are labeled for output if from Arlo.
