Arlo base station cannot be seen

I factory reset my Arlo Pro 2 base station. Then as i reconnected the system, the power light is on and the internet light is on but it cannot be discovered. As a result I cannot reconnect my 5 cameras.

Any ideas what I may be missing?

You must also remove all devices from Settings, My Devices so you can start fresh. Otherwise the account thinks the base and cameras are still set up as if the reset never occurred.

Thanks-at the moment when I open the app there are no devices showing at all. The factory reset seems to have wiped them out so I am starting over...but the process cannot continue because the base station cannot even be seen

Have you tried to re-onboard the devices?

Thanks for the help. After multiple factory resets it all finally connected.

 Cannot understand how or why one reset did not work, but finally connected to the base station….all good from there.
