I've noticed that the last two app updates for Android have resulted in notable delays in loading the devices and library each time I open the app now. The first time I opened app after the second to the last app update, the app would not show any of my devices or library videos. I had to close the app and re-open the app a couple times and then finally rebooted my cell to get everything to show again. I was out of town, so I was pretty stressed that all my Arlo security cameras disappeared.... (note to self: DO NOT update app when out of town).
I did the last app update this weekend. The next morning, I did a power-cycle of router and modem. My Arlo Q and Pro 2's showed as offline, even though the base station showed all green lights. I have never previously had these issues. After I powered cycled the Arlo 2 and base station twice, the base station showed all green lights, but all the devices kept showing offline in the app.
I left it, planning to check this Arlo Community to see if others are having issues. The devices finally showed up the app after at least 10 minutes. I don't think that it's a conicidence that this occurred right after the last update.
