Arlo base station VM4500, search then not found

I try to add the base station in arlo app, then I do everything, the station connects to internet and my mobile then i try to add the station but the app search for a several minutes then can’t find the device

Is this a new base or a used one?

Have you tried onboarding using a PC (my.arlo.com)?
