Arlo app won’t load devices

Starting Friday my Arlo app won’t load any devices on the devices screen and I can’t remove them to re add. I have done the whole off load app and reinstall thing and it still doesn’t work. I attached a photo

What happens if you use a computer browser (my.arlo.com)?
