Arlo app does not have mode option

purchased arlo pro 2 full pack, all set up, cameras connected, app installed. found out the app does not have mode option (no arm and disarm function al all), been on the phone to arlo for 2 days almost, but no one picks up the call. so useless app. any one has any solutions please?

It would help if you mentioned what phone and model, and OS system...

 

Uninstall and reinstall the app usu fixes same

Also you can try and access from the web at   https://my.arlo.com

Are you using the primary account, or one that has been granted access?

iIt is primary account and the arlo android app has been installed on both samsung phones (a50 and s10), still does not have mode option.
