Arlo app “Base Offline” but Apple Home App showing online

The Arlo App shows the Base station as “offline” yet it has full green lights and camera are all working using Apple Home App? The App is up to date?

Hi Riverside1,

 

Have you tried using cellular mode on your iOS device to see if that helps? Also try to reboot your iOS device and/or reinstall the Arlo app to see if that helps.
