Hi,
My arlo pro 2 base station is not connecting to the app. The led is blinking orange. Tried a factory reset but that doesn’t seem to work.

When you reset it, did you follow this procedure?

If you do this, you also need to remove all devices from your account before you can add them back.

Check the router's settings to verify that the base has an IP address. Reboot the router and base, in that order. Any better?
