Arlo Pro2 Camera quit working. Charged battery and tried to resync. Blue light does not flash and camera will not sync. Amber light does not come on eitrher. Have two other camera on base which continue to work fine.
How can I determine if camera has failed?

Take a battery out of one of the working cameras and insert it into the possibly broken camera. Does the blue LED blink? How about if you plug the camera into the Arlo Pro 2 charger?

Yes, tested by installing new battery. Only blinked blue once. Would not blink at all when trying to sync.
Ran through similar test with support. Deemed camera had failed.
