Hello,
when I try to communicate via my Arlo Pro2 using my iPhone8 this does not work (person at the Arlo Pro2 does not hear anything). When using google chrome the person at the Arlo Pro2 hears the sound in very bad quality.

Hi pedro99,
Have you tried removing the battery from your Arlo Pro 2 and re-inserting it back in to see if that helps? Also make sure that your Arlo Pro 2 is not far away from your Base Station to ensure a stable connection.
