Arlo Pro2 Audio

Just installed the Arlo Pro2 cameras and am checking the audio and it doesn't seem to work.  I can hear some external sounds but unable to hear anything from the microphone to the camera.

What am I missing?  Mic button seems to work on the laptop and phone screens but nothing coming out of the camera.  Speaker set at 100%.

Are you saying that speaking from the computer or phone isn't working? Make sure all permissions for the app are allowed. For the computer, you may need to increase the mic gain in the sound card settings. You can't do that on a phone, unfortunately.
