Is the solar panel able to sustain a fully charged Arlo Pro if it is in live stream mode.

Define "live stream". It may not be able to keep up with continuous live view but would certainly slow down the battery drain. If you mean the 24/7 CVR option, that's only available with AC power.

I would assume it doesn't have DC power input therefore it doesn't have the newer features such as motion zones and 3 second delay compensation, which IMO defeats most of the purpose of what makes this wirefree alternative unique, now you are needing to consider running a power line to the camera. Where as the solar panel is just to charge not store, thus in theory should only have the additional features if it is day time and receiving power.
