I bought a base station with 2 cameras. One Camera has stopped working. The app is saying "It's time to charge your batter" yet the camera has been plugged in for two days now. Not sure the correct way to report a fault.

It may be a display issue - reboot the base to see if the message is gone. If not, hwta happens when you plug the camera in? Does the LED on the camera flash blue briefly? Does the battey display in the app/web browser for the camera change to a battery with a lightning bolt? Did you allow the battery to fully discharge before charging? If so, don't since you then have to follow the FAQ procedure here to get it working again:

I recharge mine when I get the low battery warning email at ~15%.
