Arlo Pro Motion Alert But Not Videos

Today some of my cameras are acting weird. No issues with my wifi and everything else is working fine


Cameras detect motion, send alert via android app but then no video is being found in the library. This has been working fine before and I have not changed any settings.


When I try to see live view, they show a delay of more than 2 mins. 


Is there anything happen today at Arlo? Issues with servers? I have restarted the system a few times with no luck. First time having issues with my cameras which I have for a long time

Have you made sure your Base/Cameras are updated to the latest firmware? I have attached the firmware release notes below. If they re up yo date, You can try to remove & resync the camera with the base station & test again?

AIll are updated to the latest firmware. I removed and resynced and they are working fine now but it is painful to do that since I need to use a ladder, hopefully this won't happen again.
