Arlo Pro Cameras not showing on App but all showing on web

We have 6 x Arlo Pro 2 wireless cameras and 2 x base stations. When I use the web I can see all 6 x cameras working and recording. 2 x cameras have now dropped off the App though, so I can't use the live viewing on the App for those 2 x cameras and I can't see any recordings for those 2 x cameras that have dropped off (although they are working perfectly on the web browser).
Hope someone can help??

Are you running the latest version of the Arlo app? Have you tried to remove & re-install the app & test again.

Are you using the same account in the app and the web? If not, you might need to re-grant access to the two cameras.
