Arlo Pro 2 zones indoor and outdoor?

I see you can set it to only be triggered for motion on part of the video unlink the first version.  It says you have to be indoor and connected to power.  If outdoor and connect to power or solar can you set it to record motion triggers from only part of the video.

If using an outdoor AC-powered charger, yes. Not with the solar panel.
