We have a Pro2 camera with a solar panel that has always worked fine but for the past few weeks it doesn't seem to be keeping a charge. We have tried using a new battery but that didn't make a difference. The green lightning bolt does shows that it's charging but it doesn't seem to be. We have 3 other camaras with solar panels and this is the only one that is having this issue. Can it be the camera itself? Or maybe the solar panel?

Try swapping the camera, then you can tell.
If the problem does move with the camera, then try swapping batteries.

We moved the solar panel to another camera and it worked fine and we had already tried swapping the battery, so it looks like the camera itself is failing. We noticed the blue light wasn't coming on when we charged the camera unless we hit the Sync button.
We'll probably buy an Arlo 5 or Pro3 floodlight to replace this.
Thanks for the help.
