Dear Sirs

I bought an arlo pro two years ago from costco and now your company has abandon users. This is bad news!  Nothing works now and I have 3 arlo pro's - all defunct. Not a good thing for your company as I am going to really bash arlo and deservedly so!  Your end of life policy will hurt your company. Good riddance! Never buy anything from you again.

I agree!! This is horrible customer service. I’ve had my Arlo cameras for 5 or 6 years and now we are being forced to buy a whole new camera system for $1000 plus after I already invested a lot of money in Arlo. If I have to buy a new system it won’t be Arlo after this policy

EOL does NOT kill your setup. You still get 7 days of free storage (that was remedied from the original notice) and the system will continue to work as before. The cameras will not get firmware updates but haven't for a long time anyways. The base stations are not EOL at this time so there's no issue there. Ultimately, as Arlo introduces new devices and features, things may disappear until your systems may not be fully functional but there's no timeline or reason to believe it will be anytime in the near future.
