Arlo Pro 2 video is running and the audio stops recording at places along the 2 min video

I have Arlo Pro 2 camera they are pluged in and battery is fully charged.

At times when the video is playing somewhere along the 2 min. video the audio justs stops recording the sounds. I know that ther is sounds happening eg car engine running or you see people talking.

Can anyone tell me why this happens?

Is there anything I can do?

How are you viewing the recordings?
Try using a web browser on another device or the arlo app.
Does the audio cut out at the same times.
