I have several Arlo Pro 2 legacy cameras that have worked without a subscription for about 8+ years. After an Arlo Secure trial ended, one of these cameras is now incorrectly flagged as requiring a paid subscription. I’ve removed and re-added the camera and reset it, but I’m still seeing a message requiring a paid subscription. How do I rebind the camera to a clean entitlement profile, or is there any other way to get this misapplied account rule eliminated to re-apply the legacy “free” entitlement to every camera. Virtual chat (AI) is not helpful for this.

Please remove one Pro 2 from the account and add it back on. Let me know if you still see the same behavior after doing that.

How many cameras do you have?
Some retailers sold sets of six, resulting in a special code needed to be able to use all six cameras and free storage.
Or, you've exceeded the number of devices to get free storage (maximum of five) - did you add a new device to your account to qualify for a trial?
If the former, you'll need help from forum mods. If the latter, you'll need to remove the newly added device.

I have 5 cameras, 2 of which are typically dormant when we aren’t traveling. There’s a mix of pro’s, pro 2’s and the dormant cameras are older ones with 4-pack batteries. Cameras link to the base station an we also have 3 security lights that link to the security camera bridge. No issues for 8 years+. And only one camera (pro 2) is targeted for subscription. As legacy cameras, all of them should minimally be viewable without subscription.

Remove one of the cameras from the account and add it back on and see if the behavior you are seeing is resolved.
