we have had no issue until about a month ago. all of a sudden the camera at our front door started to freeze after it recorded about 3-5 seconds of movement at our front door. we have swapped out cameras, reset boxes and wifi , checked all settings and everythign looks good . there has been no change in where this camera is set or any thing in its way. any ideas ??

Hey @Chavens,
Make sure you don't have any interference going on between your camera and the base station so the recording does not freeze. Also, try to adjust the video recording length to be longer. You can read how to adjust the video recording length here: How do I adjust Arlo video recording length?
And does this happen on your app mobile device or web?
