Arlo Pro 2 sound sensitivity lower than pro

I'm noticing that the Arlo Pro 2 is not picking up sound as well as the Arlo Pro is , anybody else notice this

yes... contact Netgear Support...

The fix will more than likely be FW upgrade down the road, more complaints, faster to fruition .

How's night vision working for you, not too good on my camera

Yes it's a fraction of the sensitivity of the arlo pro 1s.

Hopefully this is a quick and easy firmware fix where the microphone gain may be set too low.

I will answer my question about low sound on pro 2. The camera had a bad mic and a clicking sound. Netgear replaced my pro2 camera. New one works good
