Hi I have an Arlo 2 pro 2 camera system. When opened from box followed instructions and all worked fine until it prompted via the app to update firmware on base station. Since that time the base station has been caught in a reboot loop and unable to connect. Any ideas? I am unable to reset by holding done reset button at back of machine.

Did you follow this procedure to reset the base?

Disconnect power from the base. Wait a bit then reconnect power. If needed then try the 10s reset as mentioned above. If still no joy then you'll need to contact support.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried that also but no joy. Been on phone to support, I think they are going to send a new base station out.
