I started getting the not charging KB fault message. When I inspected the camera on the inside near the battery I saw 3 wires had come loose from the plug side of the charging mini USB. Anyone know where I can get the wiring harness that has the mini USB on one end and the six pin connector on the other?
I'm hoping by replacing this wiring harness I can get the camera back online.
Thanks for any help. Keith

Yeah, I don't think you're gonna find replacements.
It seems Arlo is very much AGAINST "Right to Repair" and has made these Arlo products so proprietory that no one would be able to work on their own equipment. That's too bad, especially from a company that was NetGear and users could use open-source software on their routers, etc...

You can always attempt to repair any device, whether a camera or TV. The issue will always be availability of parts, especially unique ones, as well as the technical know-how of actually completing a repair. I just saw an article on a teardown of the new Apple M1 iMac that gave a 2 out of 10 for repairability. It's not unusual at all in the state of consumer good.
