Arlo Pro 2 outdoor camera not charging. Plugged in to power source but still not charging.

My out door arlo pro2 camera is not charging. It is plugged in continuously to the power source.
Took out the camera and brought inside and plugged in to the power and still not charging.

Was the camera plugged in outdoors? If so, what does the battery/charging icon for the camera show? Do you get an error message? WHat happens if you use the same power supply on your other camera(s)?
