My Arlo pro 2 stopped recording to the cloud months ago. I see from eol posts we're supposed to have until Jan 1 2025. Call support is greyed out in app. No way to reach support.

Try making a manual recording to see if it shows up in the library of the app.
If not then you have lost the free cloud storage feature.
If you’re not subscribed and out of warranty you have no entitlement to access arlo support.
If you get manual recordings ok then it might be that you’re system needs a reset.
Confirm the mode is set correctly on the base station. Should be armed and has camera rules.
Reset cameras by pulling the camera battery for 10sec, power cycle the base station.
