Arlo Pro 2 not recording to local drive

I have had Pro 2 cams for about 4 years now. Over the last two years you can live view the cameras but they will not record under any circumstances to a local disk drive. I have asked for help numerous times from Arlo and they might work for a day or two but always revert back to not recording. Then after an update to the app last year my wife is no longer able to even view the cameras live in anymore no matter what method we have tried to reauthorize her as a use. 

in all of this Arlo support has never been what it should be since I cannot use the cameras in any practical means. I am the only one that can view them live and they do not record anything!

 

I am sorry I ever purchased their products as they do not work as advertised nor do they care about supporting their products! I will never purchase another item from them and will happily take by business elsewhere! Do not waste your time and money with them!

What model hub do you have? (Look for a VMBxxxx label on it).

How many Arlo cameras do you have?

Hi @Seperiz 

 

I see your last case with support you were able to determine the device was in standby mode and when adjusting the mode you were able to receive a notification and recording. 

 

With you and your wife's account, do you see the library or feed tab at the bottom of the screen?
