As you can see from the screenshot the little plug icon is lit, showing it is plugged in (and it's been plugged in for years without issue).   But the status message is claiming it's not plugged in and thus has disabled motion sensing.   It's a bit of a pain to go up and manipulate the camera so figured I'd check first to see what the default advice is.  It's been so long I forget how to do to reset it.

The arlo pro2 reset is to pull the battery out for 10sec then inset again.

If you unplug the external power adapter for 5mins then reapply it, may also reset the camera without climbing a ladder.

@tdietz20 - I'd try unplugging first too (if that avoids going up the latter).  If you do go up, also check for corrosion on the USB connection to the camera.

Do you have other Pro 2 cameras?
