Arlo Pro 2 not receiving notifications on my iPhone past 6pm

I am not receiving notifications on my iPhone at night only in the morning past 6 pm that's when I stop receiving notifications. How can I continue getting notifications this has been a problem not only for me but for two other people that can view the cameras.   Also, there is one camera at night that is hard for me to view but the rest I am able to see clearly. I have tried changing the symbol sun but nothing.

Pull the trouble night vison camera down

remove then replace batteries/pack ( reset camera )

Also make sure night vision is toggled on for that camera

test for night vision in closet or dark room

 

Should be able to see quite well in B/W

I literally just bought these cameras on Sunday afternoon and I just charged the battery yesterday and still had the same problem. Do you still think it’s the battery? Yes the night vision is on.

What mode are you using for your cameras? It sounds like you may be using a schedule if notifications stop at a specific time every day. Check your modes to be sure everything is set as desired.

Check your iPhone and make sure it isn't in "night mode" (quiet mode).  That turns off all notifications on a set schedule.
