Arlo Pro 2 no night vision

I have Pro, Pro 2 and Pro 5 cameras. The Pro 2 cameras (on their own VMB4500 base station) no longer have any night vision, so are pretty useless for security. I only noticed this the past month or so. 

Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you tried toggling the night vision settings in the camera settings menu?

 If using the website login, try to use the mobile app instead. The website login is likely the issue.

I'd also remove/reinsert the battery in one of the cameras, and see if that resolves it.
