Arlo Pro 2 no longer charges using either a corded plug or the solar panel

I have a set of 4 Pro 2's.  One camera that was mounted outside was connected to an Arlo Solar Panel for charging.  I may not have gotten the plug completely in the camera, but enough to where it worked for a few months.  It now no longer charges using either a corded plug or the solar panel.  The plug in the camera actually looks a little corroded and dark.  I've tried cleaning the plug area, but still not getting it to charge.  Any thoughts?

If cleaning out the socket doesn't help ... have you contacted Arlo support for possivble warranty?
