Arlo Pro 2 night vision is not clear at all!

I purchased two Arlo Pro 2 with base station and the night vision is not clear at all! It does not matter if a light is on or not, the picture is washed out and there are zero clear details. Also, one camera continually goes offline if I havent used it in more than a day. In addition, the speaker is sketchy at best. I am not happy with this purchase at all!
