Just got set up with Arlo Pro 2, and having issue with lag wait times, connecting times and live viewings / hold to talk. Lag appears to be more than 5 secs up to 20 seconds. Internet is working normally. Contact support and waiting for response, just would like to ask community as well. Also, I have base station VMB4500r2, and the siren is very low in volume. I was told by support that is normal, and nothing can be done. Can someone confirm if that information is correct? I cannot hear the siren from outside the door....
Anyone with information or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can try restarting the base, and see if it improves.
