Arlo Pro 2 is creating "Star" effect with any white light it picks up

Recently, I have noticed at night, my camera (Arlo pro 2) is creating a "Star" effect with any white light it picks up. Like a passing car or my neighbor's porch light... I am seeing a Star effect like if you put a creative filter over the lens. I never noticed that before. Can anyone help me with the settings to remove that effect? it is making it hard to distinguish certain details. Thanks in advance. Jon

There are no settings that can fix it....is it possible the lens has some crud on it from rain, etc causing it
