Has anyone returned this LAGGY piece. Horribly slow 30 to 45 seconds on voice here in New Zealand. USELESS.

As for the live CHAT I waited so long and gave up several times. Model ARLO Pro2 VMS4230P - 100AUS.

Doesn't this depend on the speed and quality of your Internet service and the rest of your network?

 

Crap Internet + dodgy local network = slow service.

Gee I never thought of that.

My download speed is only 168MBps and Upload 67MBps.

Spent several hours online with Arlo support and got no where.

Got a transcript of the conversation, along with case number and returned to the store.

Paid the extra and bought a competitors brand. Battery system that supposedly lasts a year.

Guess what ZERO lag.
