Arlo Pro 2 female charge connection

love the wireless security camera system but mine might be a dud, i only had this system since 10/11/17 and for the past two day. The battery indicator was alerting me, so i thought it was werid. I double check the connection and wiggle it around, including the unit. Finally it start charging to 100% but today it went dead again, got home from work and took a look again at the unit and after a close inspection. The connection to the charging cable is rusted from the inside.
