Arlo Pro 2 charging

Just charging my arlo pro 2 (less than a year old) and it went from 69% to 0% in less than 2 hours and its still on charge.

Charged another arlo pro 2 camera 100%, put it up outside, went from 100% to 0% in less than a day with no activity to make it start recording. All firmware is up to date.

Help would be appreciated, trawled through the community questions but couldnt find the same issue we are having.

Try rebooting the base. Sometimes battery display is incorrectly shown.
