Arlo Pro 2 - can't register warranty

Just bought Pro 2, which is pretty cool. However, despite countless attempts, can't register warranty using the serial number of the base station. Keep giving me response:  "Product Not Found". It's uncool.
Anyone can help? Thanks in advance.

You don't need to register the Arlo Product on Netgear.com. Once you go through the setup and create an account on Arlo.com with your product it is registered to what ever email address you used. Arlo and Netgear are separate identities now.
NETGEAR and ARLO Accounts are now separate
