Of my 4 Arlo Pro 2 wireless cameras, one stopped recording March 13, and another stopped recording March 15. I cannot get them to start recording even tho the Live View works. I've clicked Removed Device for one camera and trying to add it back but can't! When I do a Sync function, blue lights go on the Base Station and the camera. But the camera won't appear in my Devices page.
So frustrating because, after installing them, six months later, the sound stopped on two of them! Never been able to get it back. I've had these cameras only about 18 months and having nothing but problems with all 4 of them. It's just one thing after another. I actually have a list of issues dating nearly from the first day of installation.

To sync, you don't need the app. Simply briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it - and then the camera button. Does that work? If not reboot the base and try again but it may be worthwhile to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh - it may be that "simple".

I recycled the Base Station, but it still took many tries to finally sync both cameras. All four cameras now appear in my Devices page. However, one of the cameras will not record (stopped recording March 14 at 5:27 pm). Only the Live View function works. So this camera is totally worthless.
I set up the Arlo cameras in November 2020. The sound function stopped on two of the cameras within the first 6 months, but I've been using them anyway. But now that one of those has stopped recording, too, I'm going to request a refund on both cameras without sound from the warranty company (I bought a 3-yr warranty).
I am very disappointed with these cameras. All of them have been extremely unreliable. Even the two cameras with sound sometimes stop recording for no apparent reason. One of them recently didn't record when there was a lot of activity within its view but did record a car going by in the distance!
