Arlo Pro 2 cameras are showing offline but still recording?

Hi I have tried the logout and log back in but the cameras are still showing offline. Internet connection is great and the base station is connected. Only flashing is the green internet connection light. I have also tried removing the battery from the light. Also.i moved it to standby and it is still recording so tried arm and standby and it's still recording. I feel it's an app issue? Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Thanks

It looks like the basestation is offline. I would recommend restarting the basestation and see if that resolved the behavior.
