One of my cameras stopped working and shows offline. It’s flashing amber and blue and the base station is flashing as well which leads me to believe the camera is trying to update it’s firmware. Nothing I’ve done seems to resolve this issue. Does anyone have a fix? Thank you

Since this is ongoing, reinsert the battery to reset the camera. Check for firmware updates and install as needed. It may be useful to also reboot the base.

Thank you I’ve done that I have updated the base unit but for some reason this one camera will not update it’s firmware or connect to the base. Any other suggestions? I really appreciate your reply thank you

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. Reinsert the battery to reset the camera and try to resync. If successful, the updte should happen immediately. If not successful, open a case with support:
