Arlo Pro 2 camera not working and shows "time to charge the battery"

One of my five arlo pro 2 cameras stopped working after I fully charged the battery.  When I put the fully charged battery into that camera, it returned an message that "It is time to charge the battery."  That camera indicated the battery was at 0%.  I recharged the battery and the problem remained the same.  I swapped the batteries with another camera, this camera still showed battery level at 0%.  While the other camera worked fine with the swapped battery.  This system was less than 4 months old.  It is very frustrating.  Please help.

Rebooting the base might be useful.
