I have an Arlo Pro 2 camera that has been connected to my base unit for years. After changing out the battery, it would not sync, so I removed the device. When I reinstalled the camera, it found the camera and gave a setup prompt, then said it was connected and setup. When I go to my dashboard or to my devices, that camera does not show up. What can I do to fix this?

For Dashboard, you must click on the "+" at the top to add a widget for the camera. By default, it's not displayed. However, Devices is a different issue since any connected devices should show up. I doubt this will fix it but try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. If still no good, try a computer browser to use the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if it shows there. Power cycling the base may also be useful.
