I have an Arlo Pro 2 system with 4 cameras. When I deactivate the system one camera is still active (detects motion and records video). The other three cameras are working as they should. Except for this the camera is working as it should. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Yes, I have tried that and it still won't work as the other cameras do. Do I need to reinstall it from scratch or may there be another solution?

When you say you deactivate, is this by selecting disarmed mode?
Have you tried removing the camera from your account and re syncing to the base?
I suggest you start with a power cycle of the base station as some weird effects have been reported using the latest firmware.
