Arlo Pro 2 camera keeps flashing blue/amber light (needing to be charged when already charged)

My camera indicated it needed to be charged. I plugged it in for over a day and it still shows it needs to be charged. Also a blue and amber light flashed on the right side of the lens, when facing it, left if u r the camera itself. I have tried unplugging the battery and reinserting after hours and the lights begin flashing again. I have also tried resyncing it as well. I also inserted a fully charged battery and the camera responds with the same flashing lights.

Any other suggestions?
