Arlo Pro 2 camera is not syncing

Hello,

My year and a half Arlo pro 2 cameras won’t sync to my base station. I charged both cameras today and noticed the back door camera wasn’t recording but would go live. I logged on and tried all of the steps (taking the battery out, resetting base station, swapping with a known good battery) but nothing seemed to help. I finally unpaired it and now it won’t sync. I swapped the battery with the front door camera still nothing. I tried unpairing them front camera and the base station and now the front door camera which was working fine is no longer syncing. The lights blink blue on both devices but they will not sync. Please help!!

Are you trying to pair with your phone or computer? did you try both methods by chance?
