Arlo Pro 2 batteries charged fine before but now no charging or light on

hello, so when I bought the arlo pro2 I put the batteries in the charging tube and they charged fine with the 2 lights showing charge lit up. Just went to charge 2 dead batteries and I get no charging and no lights. The cord and the wall plug are working fine. Seems like the charging tube is not working? Any ideas is appreciated

Take them out and then replace in tube... try up to 5x times and they may start to charge.

there was a release info as to same if battery gets totally depeleted

Additionally, proactively charge the batteries - don't run them flat. I charge mine when I get the 15% warning email.
