My Arlo Pro 2 and Hub are still dysfunction with regard to the reported "cameras offline" outage and "notifications and motion recordings" issues reported beginning on November 23, 2003. Cameras do not appear to be on and able to record motion, no recordings in the library and no notifications either. In spite of numerous Hub restarts, phone restarts and attempts to control/access via PC still no progress. Claims that this issue has been corrected appear to be premature, at best.

If it has come to the point that if I have to start over completely I will likely do so with a different, better product. Since owning this system I have not been impressed. There are multiple issues including the mobile app leaves much to be desired, the fact I cannot stay logged in while using my PC to monitor the cameras is ridiculous just to name a few. It is so bad I have people trying to give me Arlo cameras and hubs because they are upgrading to a better designed product.
