I have a question: the Arlo Pro 2 is recording constant due to movement in tree leaves across the street , I have CVR package. I used the option to crop the section where I want the camera to record, it is way below that tree yet it is still picking it up.
Suggestions?
I am new to CVR package and unlike the other packages I can't choose just people and cars like I had before.

no..we are encouraged to use this first so I am , additionally the wait in the queue when I have called support is lengthy

Hi @Doxiedoglover

 

Have you went to your smart notifications and checked to see if your camera is in the Active Smart section?

 

You can also try lowering the sensitivity values to see if you can reach your desired results.
