Arlo Pro 2 alerts sending serial number not custom name

Just got my Arlo Pro 2 system with 4 cameras set up.  Changed the names of the cameras to custome names.  Alerts are coming with serial numbers so I still can’t tell which camera is detecting the motion.  How can I change that?  I can see the custom names when I look at the devices screen and when I go to the change camera order screen but alerts hasn’t picked up the custom names.  Any suggestions on how to have the custom camera names come through on the alerts?

By any chance are you using an account that was granted access rather than the master account? If so, you have to change the names in the account that was granted access. The renaming doesn't affect those accounts since other folks may want their own custom names.
